Cancellations Due to Adverse Weather

- Complete Refund: If rescheduling is not an option, a full refund will be offered
- Charter Rescheduling: Transfer your booking to an available date at no extra cost
- Charter Voucher: You can obtain a voucher valid for one year from the initial charter date
Evaluating Weather Conditions
The systematic review of weather includes:
- Detailed wind speed and orientation analysis
- Assessment of wave size and oceanic state
- Visibility and rainfall projections
- Official marine forecasts, advisories, and warnings
- A thorough safety assessment from our experienced captain
Decision-Promptness: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are made at least 4 hours before the charter's intended start.
Medical Emergency Refund Guidelines
Exceptional Circumstances
In the face of unexpected medical emergencies, we offer the possibility of a refund under these circumstances:
- Acute illness or injury that necessitates hospital care
- Death within the immediate family
- Unanticipated military deployment or reassignments
- Summons for jury service or court appearances
- Natural disasters impeding travel
Documentation Stipulations
To process an emergency refund, the following documents are deemed necessary:
- Evidence of medical treatment or a hospital statement
- Deceased individual's death certification, if applicable
- Authorized military dispatches
- Official court summons or jury duty confirmation
- Government travel advisories or declarations of emergency
Processing: We handle refunds for emergencies within 3-5 working days subsequent to obtaining the required proof.
Refunds Related to Operational Interruptions
Vessel Malfunction
In the event your designated yacht encounters an irreparable technical fault:
- Replacement Vessel: We endeavor to supply a comparable alternative boat
- Complete Refund: Granted when no appropriate substitute is present
- Partial Refund: Provided if the alternate yacht's pricing differs
- Compensatory Measure: Additional recompense may be considered for inconveniences experienced
Unavailability of Personnel
On the rare occasion that we cannot provide certified crew:
- Efforts will be made to find alternate personnel promptly
- Complete refund provided if the charter is unable to proceed
- Opportunity for rescheduling without any added costs
Refund Disbursement Process
Reimbursement Method
Refund disbursements occur through the original payment channel utilized for the booking:
- Credit Cards: Processed within 5-7 working days
- Bank Wires: Clear within 7-10 working days
- Cash/Check: Returned within 3-5 working days

Card Payment Fee
For card-based cancellation, a €50 charge applies if canceled more than 72 hours beforehand
Bank Wire Reimbursement Charge
For all refunds via bank wire, a €25 fee is deducted

- Redemption: Applicable to any open charter booking
- Expiry Extension: There will be no extensions past the 12-month limit
Refund for Incomplete Services

If your yacht trip is disrupted or shortened due to our oversight:
- A refund proportionate to the unutilized period
- Credit valid for a future charter of equal worth
- Complimentary amenities or service upgrades as compensation
Guest-Initiated Interruptions
If a charter terminates prematurely due to behavior or safety breaches by guests:
- There will be no refund for the remaining time
- The full charter fee remains chargeable
- Extra fees may be incurred
