To secure your preferred date, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks before your planned event, increasingly earlier during the high season from May to September. For corporate or private parties, consider reserving 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and customization options.
What is the procedure in the event of adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our priority. Should our captain assess the weather as hazardous, we will propose a new date or issue a full refund. We keep an eye on weather forecasts and will reach out 24 hours prior to your departure should there be concerns.
May I bring my own catering and refreshments?
Certainly, you are permitted to bring your own provisions. We also have top-notch catering services at your disposal, with the capability to tailor menus as desired. For safety considerations, please be aware that glassware is not allowed on board.
Can individuals with mobility impairments access your yachts?

What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is provided. If cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours prior, a refund of 50% is granted. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, barring unforeseen weather issues or mechanical failures on our side.
